II. Payment Methods
We support offline USD transfers and online digital currency payments. Please note that we do not accept credit card payments.
III. Pre-Sale Orders
For products available for pre-sale, orders confirmed during the pre-sale period will be shipped within 8 weeks after the official sale begins. Orders confirmed after the official sale opening will be shipped 8 weeks after the order date.
IV. Shipping Carriers
We use third-party carriers such as DHL and UPS to handle package deliveries.
V. Delivery Options
Typically, we use customs land transport for deliveries, with delivery times varying based on the destination. For faster delivery, air freight is available. After placing your order, you can contact your chosen shipping company for assistance with any issues. We will provide the necessary information upon request.
VI. Warranty
Our products come with a warranty: 6 months for the miner.
